Main Duties工作職責：1. Developemt of new clients,products promotion, excute and reach regional quarterly/yearly sale objectives;開發代理商, 產品推廣,執行并達成區域內的季度/年度銷售目標；2. Providing product training and solutions to doctors, patients and dealers向醫生，病人，代理商提供培訓、產品問題解答等；3. Handing with affairs concerning sales orders ,complaints etc.代理商事務中間溝通協調服務,如訂單,投訴等4. Keep contact with dealers regularly,investigate sales and marketing infos ,such as order executing, competitors info etc. 定期聯絡負責區域內代理商，了解代理商的銷售情況，策略落實情況，代理新舉動,競爭對手信息等；5. Support and attending meetings and other promotion activities協助和參加各種會議等營銷活動；6. Monthly report(including,but not limitted to: order execution/orders forecast/stock of distributors/market development/market study) 月度報告(包括但不限于:訂單執行/訂單forecast/市場開發/分銷商庫存/市場調查進展)；Important duties其他重要的職能：1. Providing options and recommendations of marketing 提供市場推廣方案和建議；2. Regional product tracking after delivering做好區域內的產品跟蹤服務;3. Identify potential risk, and escalate to MD if problem can't be solvedRequirements職位要求：1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical/medical /business，etc.;2. At least 5 years working experience in Chinese Medical products market (CPAP devices are preferred);3. Excellent communication skills at least in Chinese;4. market economy driven and thinking;5. Frequency travel is accepted;6. Fluent skills in Ms.Office , data analysis and reporting7. Good team management skills
